Destinations

The DC YSA South Stake is coordinating 3-day trip to visit important sites of the Restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the establishment of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The aim of this trip is to support spiritual learning through tours of historic sites, a devotional, and sharing of testimony with friends. This trip includes visits to the following sites:

• The Aaronic Priesthood Restoration Site
• Sacred Grove
• The Smith Farm
• Grandin Building
• Hill Cumorah
• Whitmer Farm
• Palmyra Temple (optional)

Tickets

The price of tickets ($125 per person) will be allocated towards food, lodging, and travel, which will all be organized by the Stake. Ticket sales begin March 8 at 12:00am and will close April 12 at 11:59pm.

Travel

Travel via bus will be organized by the Stake. Most buses will leave early morning June 18, although there will be at least one bus that leaves later on June 18 at 3:00 pm. If you are unable to make either rendezvous and would still like to come, please reach out to the Conference Committee (contact info below). The buses will return to their original drop-off sites by 11:00 pm Saturday, June 20.

Housing

The Stake has already organized lodging for 2 overnight stays at Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC). The dorms at FLCC include 2-4 private bedrooms and 1-2 full baths per suite. In the order form, you will have the option to list preferred suite-mates.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the Stake Thursday - Saturday. If you have dietary preferences/restrictions, please list them in the order form when purchasing your tickets.
