MIRIAH AVILA

Miriah Avila is a singer and songwriter with a velvet-smooth voice and a gift for turning raw emotion into unforgettable melodies. Her electric performances you never forget. Her debut album, You in Love Again, is one of the most-played albums on YouTube. She is keeping alive the music of soul/R&B legend, Barbara Mason, a songstress who was not afraid of talking about infidelity and sexuality.

Multidisciplinary artist Kimberly Nichole has been ripping stages worldwide for more than a decade with her fierce artistry and style, stage presence, and captivating voice. Kimberly Nichole channels the spirit of the women who refused to stay quiet. KIMBERLY NICHOLE is performing the music of the masterful blues performer, musician and songwriter, WILLIE MAE ‘BIG MAMA” THORNTON, whose powerful renderings of pain and resilience was a major influence on generations of music artists from blues to rock.

The electrifying Grammy-Nominated multi-talented composer, keyboardist, producer Dr. Gail Jhonson with the Blues All-Stars, all-female band, known for their fiery blend of soulful music, promise music that will ignite your senses and feed your soul!

The Palm Springs Women's Jazz and Blues Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to preserve and foster an appreciation of jazz and blues music and to present and support female jazz and blues musicians. Since 2013, Palm Springs Women’s Jazz and Blues Association, Inc. has provided safe and welcoming venues for female jazz and blues musicians who have yet to receive the visibility, equitable treatment, and professional performance opportunities they so clearly deserve.
