Join us in Palm Springs, CA for "Sparkle" Weekend to celebrate the "mother of the gay community" the legendary Jose Sarria the weekend of Dec 12-14, 2025. Before Stonewall, Before Harvey Milk, there was Jose Sarria. Jose was the first out candidate for public office when he ran in 1961, he was an out proud latino drag queen, a WW2 Veteran, founded the International Court System and was a former resident of Palm Springs.
We are partnering with Lip Gloss 760 to cohost a gala benefit show featuring members of the International Court System: Fabulous MCs Steven Betts and Gene Brake, epic performances by the cast of Lip Gloss and our friends, including ... Dani Blue, Reba McEnwhat Bixler, Summer Eve Douche, Madi Blue and many more.
This epic weekend in Palm Springs celebrating a true legend should not be missed.

Doors open at 5pm for cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Show begins at 6pm. Gala event will include an incredible benefit show, silent auction and other surprises all to benefit the Jose Sarria Foundation.
