Note: All pertinent items used in the workshop will be taken home by the student.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use palette knives to make peony, open rose, and dogwood.
You will make individual petals then transfer on cake. You will be coloring your own ganache using different coloring techniques.
Color palette is set, but you will be mixing your own colors. Chocolate Ganache making will be presented through demo.
