The Pale Horse Ride is a charity motorcycle run to raise awareness for mental wellness and suicide prevention. The ride will focus on supporting causes within our local community that directly impact at-risk youth and adults. As such, this will be a DRY RUN and will feature stops where youth and young adults can participate.Registration:
10:00am – 10:45am
Meet at Pathfinders Milwaukee (4200 N Holton St | Milwaukee)
Kickstands-up at 11:00am. This will be a scenic group ride, moving from stop to stop together. You do NOT need a motorcycle to participate! Come along in whatever vehicle you’re comfortable in, and join the fun.
Cost:
$10 per person
Proceeds benefit our sponsored community organizations, and go towards helping at-risk youth and adults.
Stops / Route:
Registration will begin at Pathfinders at 10am, with kickstands-up at 11am. Pathfinders will be on-hand to talk about the services they offer to the community. UW-Milwaukee Military & Veterans Resource Center (MAVRC) will also be available to discuss their organization and promote the Project 22 MKE memorial ride (raising awareness for veteran suicide) happening on September 20th.
Stops on the ride will include Wind Point Lighthouse in Racine, and 16 Acres Equine Educational Complex in Union Grove.
