About this Event

TASTE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL | BLIND TASTING IS FUN!

Blind tasting is the sport of wine tasting! It rewards knowledge and is a great way to learn (known as deductive tasting). We taste three wines blind at-a-time! We tell you what wines we are tasting, but we don’t tell you which glass they’re in! To take the live class up a notch; we ask timely trivia questions and engage other competitive elements…. This class helps develop tasting skills and wine knowledge! PALATE BUILDING is action packed, fun, and delicious!!! Build your palate, reinforce and expand what you know, or learn it for the first time! All experience levels welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE IN THIS 2 HOUR SESSION

Aroma Training ✨ - learn how to smell wine!

Tasting Vocabulary 🤓 - taste with conviction!

New World Characteristics 🔍 - fruit forward, use of wood, acid, underripe!
