ETHERICA- Spring Equinox Mini Detox Retreat- Ionic Foot Spa + Sound Bath

Join us for a detox experience to cleanse not only your body but also your mind and spirit featuring Ionic foot detox and sound and energy healing.

In this mini retreat we will start with a 30 min ionic foot detox where you will soak your feet in your own custom tub that will draw out toxins in your body and organs.

You will also have the opportunity to ground and put your feet on the earth while you enjoy a detox beverage before and/ or after your foot detox. Our foot detox specialist Quinn will read the water in your tub and tell you exactly what your body is cleansing at the moment.

We will then transition into a sound and energy healing journey for a 60 minute of deep relaxation and integration with energy healing to release any unwanted energies from your body and call in a higher vibration llght frequency.

Ava Milva was born in Europe (Bulgaria) and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA coming from a renowned lineage of healers. Ava holds a BA from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL and is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and sound healer with years of experience teaching and creating uplifting events across the Los Angeles area.
