Palate: A Taste of Local is the Red Deer Polytechnic Alumni Association’s signature tasting experience. It brings together Central Alberta’s culinary talent, alumni community, and regional pride in one curated evening.
Held in a lively and elegant setting, the event features chefs, brewers, distillers, and artisans offering carefully crafted tastings. Many of the vendors are RDP alumni whose work reflects the creativity and skill that define the region.
Guests are invited to explore every flavour, meet the people behind the offerings, and connect with others who value quality and conversation.
Tickets are all-inclusive. There are no tokens or additional costs. Guests enjoy full access to everything available throughout the evening.
