About this Event

The Pakistan Conference at Harvard 2026, the flagship annual gathering of The Pakistan Initiative (TPI), returning to Harvard University on April 12, 2026. represents the second chapter of North America's leading gathering on Pakistan’s future.

Centered on the theme “Pakistan — From Potential to Performance,” the conference brings together policymakers, economists, technologists, artists, investors, and global leaders to explore how Pakistan can translate its immense potential into sustained performance on the world stage.

Why this event?

Pakistan’s story is often told through crisis. This conference aims to shift the narrative — spotlighting innovation, resilience, and the leaders shaping Pakistan’s next chapter.

At a time when conversations about Pakistan are often stuck between optimism and pessimism, this conference asks a more practical question: what does real performance look like, and how do we get there?

The Pakistan Conference at Harvard 2026 is designed to:

  • Elevate bold ideas and evidence‑driven solutions
  • Connect global and diaspora talent
  • Build bridges between academia, industry, and government
  • Inspire a new generation of Pakistani and Pakistan‑adjacent leaders

This is the platform where ambition meets action.
