About this Event

MIT’s Initiative for New Manufacturing (INM) is excited to invite you to our distinguished speaker events on Wednesday, April 8 & Thursday, April 9th for a conversation with Nike COO Venky Alagirisamy, "Innovation at Scale: The Operating Model Behind Nike’s Global Business,” and Siemens President & CEO Roland Busch, “How AI Is Transforming Manufacturing.”


Alagirisamy will discuss how the company connects design, manufacturing, and global supply chains to drive innovation at scale, as well as leadership lessons from the COO role and advice for students beginning their careers.

Busch will discuss how artificial intelligence is reshaping industrial systems, from design and production to operations, workforce, and sustainability, and what this transformation means for manufacturers, engineers, and future leaders.
