Tommy is a former international recording and touring musician, current Education Music Specialist and fully certified / insured Therapeutic Sound Practitioner.

A Therapeutic Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes in the mind and body.
There is no effort required. There is nothing for you to do but switch off and unwind as Tommy from The Sonic Den takes you on a journey to a place of deep restorative rest, inner calm and harmony.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤?
The experience begins with each person lying down on their Yoga mat or sitting in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and pillows for extra comfort. After a few minutes of mindful breathing, visualisation and intention setting you are taken on a sonic experience filled with the sounds, vibrations and frequencies of various overtone-emitting instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, HandPan, Frame Drum, Koshi Chimes, Flow Chimes, Ocean Drum, Native American Flutes, Shruti Box and softly sung mantra vocals.
When you sink into a Sound Bath experience with Tommy from The Sonic Den your awareness shifts and your brainwave activity slows from the active mind into a more relaxed Theta or Alpha Brainwave state. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness. An opportunity to unfurl and unplug from external stimuli, gain perspective on what’s going on within you and engage the bodies natural healing systems.

Yoga Mat - Sink into comfort as you lie down.
Pillow and/or Cushion - Support your head for extra relaxation. Consider bringing a second cushion to elevate your knees, enhancing comfort.
Blanket(s) - Wrap yourself in warmth and coziness.

Opt for loose, comfortable clothing to fully unwind.

Sessions start exactly on time and if late you may not be able to access the group so not to disrupt the experience of those already there.

However, this meditative sound journey session is ultimately self-directed by those attending.
