PaintWell is a creative wellness series designed to bring the community together through the calming, expressive power of painting. Inspired by art therapy principles and mindfulness practices, each session offers a unique opportunity to slow down, connect inward, and creatively activate presence.

The flow of each experience is different from the next – but will always be thoughtfully curated to embrace the warmth of the outdoors and create an inviting atmosphere that allows for relaxation and inspiration.
