Class Description:

Paint with Purpose offers a holistic approach to healing by addressing emotional, psychological, and social needs while painting through therapeutic art techniques, color, and energetic therapy during the painting process.

Painting provides a creative outlet to express emotions that may not be verbalized, allows presence in the moment, relieves and reduces stress, builds self-awareness and insight, and allows you to connect with others and build community through art.
