This is a charitable event open to the public for our local animal rescue! 50% of the proceeds from each seat with go to "Once Upon a Tail Rescue" benefitting Rescue Animals in St. Tammany Parish. Once Upon a Tail is a foster based rescue located in St. Tammany Parish. The dogs taken in by the rescue
come from every imaginable situation. Some are strays, some have been neglected and abused, some
are from owners who can no longer care for them, and some taken from shelters just moments away
from euthanasia. Once Upon a Tail advocates for animal welfare throughout the parish by not just
rescuing, but meeting with parish officials to bring about laws and legislation to further the cause. The
rescue relies solely on community support, donations, fundraisers and the foster network to continue to
save as many animals as possible. Once Upon a Tail believes every dog has a story, and each one

A "Paint your Pet" event is a FUN and creative painting experience where participants bring their love for their furry friend to life on canvas!
Before the event, participants send in their best photo of their pet, which is used to create a sketch on a canvas by your pet portrait artist.
On the day of the event, participants are guided step-by-step to paint their pet's unique features, colors, and personality with acrylic paint.
No prior painting experience is needed, as the session includes expert guidance, personalized tips, and a relaxed social atmosphere.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in, slip on your apron, and find your pet sketch!
If you're coming with others but making reservations separately; give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
AGE POLICY: Adults 15+ (BYOB 21+) You must be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio.
We are a BYOB studio, so bring your favorite alcoholic beverage and let the "liquid creativity" flow!
*NO Young Children Allowed. **BYOB classes are intended for adult painters**
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours' notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances or insufficient reservations and a refund will be issued.
