I'm running a small painting class starting June 29th near Metro Laurier and have 3 spots open.
It's an 8-week course called Painting: Technical Practice — but it's not your typical art class. We work on real technical skills (brushwork, colour mixing, composition, portraiture) while also slowing down: guided meditation, reflective exercises, and paying close attention to how paint actually behaves and what it stirs in you.
It's for adults who want to take painting seriously — not to become a professional, but to develop a genuine practice. We end the course with a final "soul painting" that brings everything together.
Flexible attendance — you buy 8 passes and choose your weeks, so life can happen.
