Picture a glass of wine in one hand, a brush in the other, and good company across the table as the sun sets over Akard Street. Painting on the Patio is a relaxed, self-guided sip & paint evening made for date nights, girls’ nights, and anyone who needs a Wednesday that feels like a weekend.
This isn’t your typical paint night.
You won’t be copying the instructor’s painting with 30 other people. Our team custom designs every canvas before you arrive, and you choose yours from that evening’s curated collection: botanicals, Texas landscapes, abstract golds, and modern florals. Each design is made for this night only and never repeated.
Your outline will be waiting at your seat, so you can paint at your own pace while the conversation flows. There’s no demo to keep up with and no pressure. If you can hold a brush, you’ll go home with something you’ll actually want to hang.
Our first night was a full patio of 17 guests. Grab your seat before this one fills.
How the night unfolds
6:00 — Doors open
6:30 — Arrival, first pour, bites on the table
7:00 — Choose your canvas and begin painting
8:30 — Brushes down, mingling, and photos
9:00 — Good night

Weather-ready: If it’s windy, the patio can be closed off, and heaters are provided whenever the temperature drops below 70°.
