Mindful Art Session with Caroline Dowsett - Kampus Gardens with Food + Drink from Nells Pizza 

Caroline Dowsett, an artist who works with colour, shapes and forms in a meaningful and meditative style, shall guide you through a mindful art session where we will be painting plant pots in celebration of the Manchester Flower Festival, that will leave you feeling inspired and relaxed.This event is perfect for those who want to explore their creativity in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, Caroline will provide all the materials and guidance you need to create a beautiful art.

This class we shall be painting with Acrylic paint onto a medium size ceramic pot, using the garden as inspiration, and the creative exercises to help inspire your final piece.

Included in the ticket price: Unlimited herbal teas, all materials, plant pots for you to created your final piece, with seeds included to grow your own garden after the event :-)

What our Morning together shall look like:

• Welcome herbal teas 
• Settle down at your individual art stations, where you will find your materials.
• A welcome chat from Caroline and her practice, introduction to what we shall be creating and answering any questions you may have about the session.
• We shall go through 4 creative exercises to really allow you to arrive to the session, and let go of the idea of perfectionism and creativity.
• Nells slice + drink (boozy or booze free cocktail options + vegan and vegetarian catered to)
• The painting begins! The final piece, your plant pot which shall inspired by the tools we have just practiced, and all the nature surrounding us.
• Unwind, and let your creativity flow in a supportive and welcoming environment. This event is a perfect opportunity to destress, connect with others, and tap into your artistic side.
