Paint Your Practice: A Self-Care Mini Retreat

Paint Your Practice is a half-day experience designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through movement, meditation, creativity, and community. This is a space where self-care isn’t something you talk about - it’s something you practice.

You’ll be guided through a gentle, accessible yoga practice, restorative meditation, and a creative session where you’ll design and paint your own personalized self-care punch cards. These cards are meant to support you beyond the event - serving as a tangible reminder and tool to help you stay connected to yourself in your daily life.

This experience is beginner-friendly, low-pressure, and intentionally welcoming. You don’t need any art experience or yoga experience - just a willingness to show up for yourself.

You can expect a cozy, supportive environment, thoughtful goodie bags, nourishing food and drinks, creative supplies, and meaningful connection with like-hearted people.
