GENERAL INFO:

No skills needed. Step-by-step instructions provided.

INCLUDES:

• custom paint palette with colors specifically chosen for your pet
• your choice of background color
• cropping & minor editing of photo as needed for project**
• full-color reference photo
• use of special fur-painting brushes
• demo of special fur-painting brushes & techniques
• ALL supplies needed (and use of easel, aprons, etc.)

• ** There is not enough time for painting a full body or for painting more than one pet.
• ** We will crop as needed & will choose orientation that works best for photo used.
• ** With Requests = additional $5. Ask us BEFORE purchasing ticket if any questions.

POLICY RE: REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, ETC:

1. REFUNDS REQUIRE 10 DAYS EMAILED NOTICE, DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF THIS PROJECT. NO REFUNDS AFTER WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9th. Must email us at [email protected]
2. "No-Shows" = NO REFUNDS. Please contact [email protected] within 2 days of the event, to make arrangements to pick up your canvas & paints within 7 days of the event. Pick up available in Alamo Ranch area 78254.
3. Late Arrivals acknowledge that they will miss some of the instruction and may not be able to catch up.
4. If event is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, you will automatically be refunded, including all fees.
5. Duplicate payments: Subject to eventbrite and all processing fees (if LPY is charged.)
6. IMPORTANT! If you do not submit a photo by the DEADLINE DATE, you will have the option to either A.) receive a BLANK canvas; OR; B.) Pay an additional fee of $5 PER DAY after deadline date; and ONLY IF this option is available. If the additional payment is not received by date needed, you will receive a BLANK canvas.
