"Paint the Change You Wish to See," is a therapeutic art class designed to foster healing, peace, and self discovery. Rather than focusing on the quality of the finished painting, students will create a painting that represents the change they wish to see in an area of their life (or the world) in which they feel they have no control over. This class is for anyone who is dealing with anxiety, fear, depression, isolation, or for anyone who simply wants to connect with others in a safe space and would enjoy a time of painting in a medium of your choice that alleviates the pressure of perfectionism as an artist. * No painting experience necessary.
