Abstract Shells Painting Workshop

Come and learn to draw and paint sea shells while immersing yourself into the creative experience enhancing your mind-body connection & igniting your creative energy.

Using principles of neuroscience & neuroplasticity, we enhance the mind-body connection through embodiment strategies of mindfulness, somatic awareness, visualisation and movement using music and art to guide the body.

This is a fun, high energy workshop where you not only get to take away a beautiful artwork, but also learning something about yourself in the process.

All art supplies are provided including headphones, canvas, acrylic paints & aprons. Please wear something you wouldn’t mind getting a little paint on just in case. Grazing platters of nibblies & non-alcoholic drinks provided. BYO alcohol permitted, please drink responsibly.

No art experience needed, only an openness to learn. All movement is gentle and at your own discretion. I look forward to creating with you!
