Join us for a unique experience where art, nature, and wellness meet. In this interactive workshop, you’ll repot a plant, paint and customize a mannequin head planter, and take home a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your style.

Beyond the creativity, we’ll create space for open conversations around women’s health—offering a chance to connect, reflect, and share stories in a supportive community.

Info: In this hands-on session, you’ll paint, decorate, and even add your own accessories to make it truly one-of-a-kind. ARTBYCAR will guide you step by step—sharing tips on brush techniques, color mixing, and creative design—so you can confidently explore your artistic side and leave with a personalized masterpiece.

Info: During the planting session, you’ll learn how to repot your plant and place it into your mannequin head planter. You’ll also receive step-by-step guidance on how to care for your plant so it continues to thrive.

Info: Rochelle will lead our Women’s Health discussion, sharing parts of her own journey and shedding light on topics that often go unspoken. Drawing from both personal experiences and those of her peers, she’ll help open the door to meaningful conversation—creating a safe space where everyone can feel heard, seen, and understood.
