Hey Friends!! Join me for a free event! This is the 2nd official Paint and Meditate, and I wanted to provide the opportunity to give this event a try.
My goal is to introduce this creative connection to everyone in the valley because who doesn't deserve relaxation? During Paint and Meditate I will guide you through a calming meditation session to help clear the mind and set a positive intention for the creative process. Then we will complete the painting. This 90 minute session is intended to evoke healing, relaxation and creativity in a supportive and inspiring atmosphere!
