IN THIS CLASS, YOU WILL RECEIVE:
This is a space to step outside of that pattern.
A space where you don’t have to perform…
produce…
or prove anything.
We begin with a gentle meditation to help you arrive and notice where you are... without needing to change it.
From there, you’ll be guided through sound healing using instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and drum. The vibrations offer your body something steady to follow, helping it soften and settle in its own time.
Reiki is offered throughout as a quiet, supportive layer.. helping bring a sense of balance without needing effort or understanding.
Everything here is an invitation.
