If you have a hard time relaxing your mind, try abstract painting with us! You will receive all you need to paint a small canvas, soft lights and relaxing music. Feel free to chat or take the time to take a break from talking. Your Instructor, Michelle Rae Sobi, has been leading meditation classes for over fifteen years and is excited to share her process with you. All are welcome. No experience is needed.
