Paint Like Paul Sawyier: Cove Spring!

Join Capital City museum and Paul Sawyier Public Library for an informative and fun watercolor workshop at Cove Spring park!
About this Event

This free workshop offers kids a chance to experiment with watercolor techniques while learning about Frankfort's most famous artist, Paul Sawyier. And since Sawyier was most known for his landscapes and water-focused paintings, we'll be heading over to Cove Spring park to get inspired! Participants will explore the park and learn about the historic forts before settling in at Fort Boone to paint a scenic masterpiece.

NOTE: This workshop begins and ends at the Hurst Waterfall Parking Lot at Cove Spring (Lower). We will NOT meet at Capital City Museum.
