On Saturday, May 18, up to 25 artists of all experiences are invited to register to paint en plein air in Paint Historic Old New Castle (PHONC '24) our town's celebration of Day in Old New Castle. A total of 18 hundred dollars of prize awards are offered and sales of paintings are tax-free and 100% of sales go to the artist. This is a first come first served registration until the limit of 25 artists is met. Entry fee is only $25 for the unforgettable experience in this charming and historical colonial river town.
