Paint for Good: Community Batik Painting
About this Event
The batik painting will be facilitated by Kamal Arts, which is founded by Mr Kamal Dollah. He is a distinguished Singaporean artist, educator and cultural advocate renowned for his expertise in batik painting. His work bridges traditional Southeast Asian art form with contemporary expressions, emphasizing community engagement and cultural identity.

Date: 3 August 2026 (Monday)
Time: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Venue: Mapletree Business City, Open Plaza (in the event of wet weather, activity will be shifted to Mapletree Business City, Town Hall)
Cost: $10 donation per participant (up to 25 participants)
• Includes a simple batik painting experience (up to 10 minutes)
• Participants will receive a limited edition Mapletree bookmark as a token of appreciation
All proceeds will be donated to ART:DIS.
