Join Bitsy Ross (Cathy Woodson), Bob Ross's long lost sister, and paint a wintry or autumnal owl scene. Your choice. No experience needed! Bring your creativity, enthusiasm, and sense of fun. The opportunity to paint this same scene will be offered at the Gettysburg Library, so you need only choose one.
