Modern gyms weren’t built for adaptive athletes and most trainers don’t know where to start. Iron Adaptive was created to change that. We bridge the gap between physical therapy discharge and a thriving life, believing every individual, regardless of ability or disability, can adapt, overcome, and thrive with the right support. Whether transferring from a wheelchair or competing in the Special Olympics, every athlete deserves the tools to reach their goals. Our community builds strength (mentally and physically) through personalized training focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, and more.

Join us for a fundraising painting class with Art by JonnieRae. Come as a couple, bring friends, or invite coworkers for an afternoon of entertaining, stress free art instruction. No experience needed—Jonnie will guide you step by step as you recreate the featured piece. By the end of the session you’ll leave with an original artwork that’s uniquely yours and the satisfaction of supporting athletes who are rewriting what’s possible.
