Join us for a fun and relaxing evening of creativity, laughter, and art as we paint alongside Maine artist Jim Lagasse, who has been painting for over 33 years. His paintings have been sold worldwide, have appeared on television shows including HBO and Saturday Night Live, and Jim recently illustrated two children's books. Jim will guide you step-by-step through creating your own beautiful watercolor masterpiece — no experience necessary!Enjoy your favorite beverage, good company, and the joy of painting in a friendly, no-pressure environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned painter, you’ll leave with a finished piece and a smile.
Event Details:
5:30 - 6:30PM: Social hour and/or dinner (order off the menu, at your own expense)
6:30PM: Painting instruction begins.
Cost: $50 per guest, which includes all paint supplies and step-by-step instructions from Jim Lagasse. Payment is required in advance to secure your spot.
All proceeds will be donated to the Bangor Humane Society (BHS) in honor of Jack Lagasse (he loved his cats). We now have Ms. Magoo joining our family from the BHS.
Location: Season's in Bangor (thank you to Season's for generously donating the venue!). The paint room will be downstairs.
We can't wait to paint, sip, and support a wonderful cause together!
