About this Event
This is a co-creative meditation + art experience where we combine stillness, reflection, and artistic expression in a supportive community setting.
We’ll begin by slowing down together through a guided meditation, move into journaling for self-reflection, and then transition into painting personalized tote bags that you’ll take home and use in your daily life.
🌸 What to Expect
1. Guided Grounding Meditation
We’ll begin by settling into the present moment with a gentle meditation designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and open creative flow.
2. Journaling Reflection Session
You’ll be guided through simple prompts to explore what you’re releasing, what you’re calling in, and what wants to be expressed through you right now. Please bring a journal or notebook.
3. Intuitive Tote Bag Painting
Using your reflections as inspiration, you’ll create a hand-painted tote bag as a personal expression of your current season of life. This becomes something you can carry and use daily as a reminder of your intention.

🧺 What to Bring
Please come prepared with:
- A journal or notebook
- Paints to share (acrylic or craft paint preferred)
- Paint brushes to share (any size you prefer)
- A blanket or sheet to sit on
- Optional: inspiration images or personal items for reflection
- Comfortable clothing (paint may get messy)
