Come join us for a fun and relaxing morning at TBC Paint Studio's Paint and Yoga Workshop! Unleash your creativity with a guided yoga session to open up your creative Chakra, unwind and destress. followed by a unique painting class that will give you a chance to design your very own Yoga Mat. This in-person event will be held at 4700 Stamp Rd Suite C2, Temple Hills, MD, USA.

No experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind! Get ready to paint, stretch, and have a great time with like-minded individuals. Don't miss this unique opportunity to combine art and wellness in one enjoyable workshop.

Art supplies and Yoga Mats will be provided for the art portion of the workshop. ( PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT FOR THE YOGA SESSION.)

Bio:

Keisha’s yoga journey started in 2015 and her passion for yoga led her to start teaching in 2019. She is ERYT200 and enjoys creating a space for those looking to experience the healing powers of yoga on and off the mat. Keisha also holds certifications in Reiki Level 2 and Hypnosis. She is a DMV native and when she is not teaching yoga enjoys traveling, volunteer work, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
