Paint A.N.D. Pilates

Pilates where guests begin with a guided mat Pilates class to energize the body, improve mobility, and build strength. After class, we transition into a relaxed, self-led painting session where you can unwind, express your creativity, and connect with others in a welcoming environment.

This event is designed for all levels — no prior Pilates or painting experience needed. Whether you’re coming solo or with friends, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and part of a growing community.
