Paint and Heal with Reiki

Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and fun through painting and Reiki!

Express your playful inner child on the canvas in a safe, judgment-free space where you can express yourself fully! Connect with other like-minded individuals, relieve stress, relax, and have fun through art!

We will begin with a meditation to help connect you with your inner child before embarking on a creative journey.
Our Reiki Master Sachiyo Ichimura will guide you through a dialogue with your inner child, and a group Reiki session with your painting.
Afterward, we will open up the floor for the sharing of art, knowledge, and thoughts at the end of the event.

Light snacks and tea will be provided to help fuel your creative juices!
Please note: Canvas, paintbrushes, and paint will be provided at the event but you are more than welcome to bring your own! We recommend bringing an apron or wearing casual clothing you won’t mind getting paint on.
