Fortnightly sound baths held on or around the Full and New Moons.
If you love gongs, this is the event for you! I hold regular, small-group sound baths incorporating a beautiful 44-inch Chau Gong and a 32-inch Saturn Gong, in a magical wooden cabin in Nyetimber, Pagham, near Bognor Regis. These are held twice a month, on or around the new and full moons. They last approximately an hour and a half. The exact schedule varies slightly but may include a heart-opening cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, journaling, intention setting, oracle cards, or guided meditation.
Our new and full moon sound baths honour the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle. These powerful phases are thought to amplify our intentions and deepen the effects of sound healing.
The new moon is a time of quiet potential – a fertile space for planting seeds, setting intentions, and calling in new beginnings.
In contrast, the full moon brings heightened energy and illumination, making it an ideal time to release what no longer serves, gain clarity, and restore emotional balance. Aligning sound baths with these phases can offer a more intentional, meaningful experience, helping you feel more connected to both yourself and the wider cycles of nature.
