Pagans in the Park - Lammas Celebrate
Advertisement
We’re adding a little extra magic to this year’s Lammas celebration!
If you have a battery-powered bubble machine, we’d love for you to bring it along. Don’t have one? A bottle of bubbles is just as welcome! Let’s fill the picnic shelter with floating bubbles, laughter, and a little bit of wonder.
While bubbles are fun, modern witches also use them in magical practice. Because they’re created with Water (the bubble solution) and Air (your breath), they’re a beautiful way to work with intention and release.
As the bubbles drift away, you might choose to:
• Release something you’ve been carrying that’s ready to be let go.
• Send a wish or intention out into the universe.
• Imagine the bubbles sweeping away stagnant or heavy energy.
• Visualize them creating a shimmering sphere of protection around yourself or your community.
• Simply pause to enjoy their beauty and be present in the moment.
Whether you’re coming for the magic, the community, the food, or just the excuse to run around chasing bubbles like a kid again, we’d love to have you with us. And your kids!
Join us Sunday, August 2 at 3:00 PM at Golden Gardens Park, Picnic Shelter 1 for an afternoon of potluck, crafts, fellowship, ritual, and plenty of bubbles.
Bring a dish to share, a chair or blanket, and if you’ve got one, your battery-powered bubble machine! We will also have bubbles to share.
Let’s celebrate the first harvest with joy, gratitude, and a little bubbly magic.
