When: Sunday, November 24th, 5:30pm-9pm
Where: Weaverville Yoga (3 Florida Avenue, Weaverville, NC)
What is it: Come celebrate the finale of the fall season of Pagan Choir! Pagan Choir is a community choir open to all voices in which we sing together to celebrate the magic of the natural world, inspired by folk & pagan traditions of Northwestern Europe.
This is a participatory event- we'll be sharing songs we've learned this season inspired by traditions from Ireland, Scotland and England: songs of fall, Gaelic songs for apples, prayers to the new moon of the harvest season and more. We'll also enjoy some simple ritual as we enter into the time of winter.
Bring: Your voice, bowl/utensils and a potluck dish (extra points for any gluten/dairy free dishes and helpful labels with ingredients)
Cost: FREE but please register! We may have follow up details about ritual items to bring.

Parking: The easiest access parking appears to be the gravel lot on Florida Avenue, behind Weaverville Yoga and just beyond Eluvium Brewing. There is also street parking available along Main Street, and a public lot is adjacent to Main Street as well, across from Well Bred Bakery.
Water: Weaverville Yoga does have a dispenser with Blue Moon purified water. Do not drink the tap water!
-We will be physically active during our session. We will be doing a lot of standing and walking, with occasional sitting. You are invited to take care of your body in the ways that you need. If you need to limit your movement, chairs are always available.
-Our space is accessible via a flight of stairs. Please let Saro know ahead of time if you will need any support ascending/descending the stairs.
-Please don't wear scents or perfume. Keeping scents out of the space enables everyone to enjoy our singing environment.
Child policy: Children are allowed in the space if they are quiet babies-in-arms or if they can self-direct and entertain themselves quietly. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan to bring your child.
Sick Policy: If you have had a covid exposure, have any respiratory illness symptoms (even if it’s just a cold), or are just feeling under the weather: please stay home! Let’s keep our community healthy. This space is mask optional, but please wear a mask if you prefer.
