Padilla Bay Volunteer Training

Join our volunteer team at the Padilla Bay Reserve and help welcome visitors to this special place. We’re looking for friendly, curious people to assist at the front desk and at our touch tanks. Volunteers provide visitor support, answer questions, share basic natural history, and help create a positive, engaging experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

No prior experience is required—just an interest in people, nature, and our amazing estuary. We’d love to have you be part of the Padilla Bay community!
