PADI® Open Water Diver is the first scuba certification level.
Session OWD 006-26 (June/July)
PART 1 - eLearning and Confined Water
PART 2 - Open Water Dives
In this hybrid version of the course, you will complete the diving theory through online e-Learning. Then, you will learn the skills in a confined water environment (pool) and complete the four Open Water dives.
If you completed Part 1 over the winter, you may join Part 2 (Open Water dives).
Schedule
- Now until first session: Complete eLearning
- Friday, June 26th, 6pm to 8pm: Knowledge and Gear Review, Rental gear fitting at the shop
- Saturday, June 27th, 6pm to 10pm: Pool Session #1
- Sunday, June 28th, 9am to 1pm: Open Water 1 and 2
- Saturday, July 4th, 5pm to 10pm: Written Review then Pool Session #2
- Sunday, July 5th, 9am to 1pm: Open Water 3 and 4
- You need to attend all dates to complete the course
Once fully certified, you will have the skills and knowledge to dive at home or abroad and be an ambassador for the underwater world.
