Ready to dive deeper and become a more confident, capable freediver?
The PADI Advanced Freediver Course is designed for certified freedivers who want to improve their depth, technique, equalization, and overall comfort in the water while building safe, repeatable performance.
Whether your goal is to dive deeper, improve your efficiency, or simply become a safer freediver, this three-day course provides the coaching, structure, and individualized instruction to help you reach your next milestone.
Because we keep our courses intentionally small, every student receives plenty of personal attention both in the classroom and in the water.
Maximum of only 4 students per course.
During this course you will learn:
✅ Advanced Frenzel equalization
✅ Freefall techniques
✅ Advanced breath-hold training
✅ Freediving physiology
✅ Planning effective training sessions
✅ Advanced safety and rescue skills
✅ Relaxation and mental preparation
✅ Stretching and mobility for freediving
✅ Lung stretching techniques
✅ Improved efficiency and confidence at depth
Course Prerequisites
• PADI Freediver certification (or qualifying certification from another recognized training organization)
• Minimum age: 15 years
• Good physical health
• Comfortable swimming ability
• Current EFR (Emergency First Response) certification or equivalent CPR/First Aid certification
Course Fee $550 USD
Your tuition includes:

✔ Three full days of training
✔ PADI certification upon successful completion
