Join us for an exciting evening of Whitewater Kayaking, Canoeing and Wilderness Adventure Films. The 2026 World Paddling Film Festival is coming to Cheshunt Hall, NE Victoria, it's only Victorian stop on Saturday 5th of September.

Showcasing the very best in paddling storytelling, the festival brings award winning films from around the globe to our community. Enjoy a curated selection of films chosen from 800 international entries.

Join fellow paddlers, ocean lovers, adventure seekers at Cheshunt Public Hall for a night of inspiration, storytelling and community connection.

We will be hosting this event in conjunction with an environmental working bee focusing on revegetation of the Upper King River. We would love you to join us at 10.30am Saturday 5th of September at the Cheshunt Public Hall to help us plant trees on the Upper King River.

The film evening will kick off at 5.30pm for woodfired pizzas and local beer and wine at the Cheshunt hall and the films will start at 7pm.

For paddlers, we will also run a casual group paddle down the King River at 10.30am on Sunday the 6th of September, meeting at the put in at Lake William Hovell.
