It’s time for the seventh annual PaddlePalooza! This is the only major paddling event we host on the Big Lake, and it is a lot of fun!!
Starting at 10:00am on Saturday, July 19, we’ll gather at the Windjammer Point Marina, where we’ll launch from the “stone beach” and head east towards the (big lake) dam, and then south into Regatta Bay, and past the bridge that never was, where we will briefly explore the area beyond the "bridge" before returning to Windjammer, and then celebrate our safe return.
We are asking LSLCA members with something to paddle to join us, with the goal to have the biggest paddling event ever in Lake Saint Louis. Please invite your friends, whether they are members of the Sailing & Paddling Club or not. Kayak, canoes, standup paddleboards, paddleboats…we welcome them all! Just remember that ALL BOATS MUST BE LSLCA LEGAL (current LSLCA stickers required for kayaks and canoes). Please spread the word about this fun event. It is great opportunity to paddle with old friends, or to make new ones.
As is the case for all our on-the-water events, please remember that life jackets are required, and all boats must be LSLCA legal (2026 LSLCA stickers).
No registration required. Just be at Windjammer ready to go by 10am on July 18th. Hope to see you there.
