In this beginner-friendly Paddleboard Yoga session you’ll:
✨Ease in (10 min) – Paddle out, get used to your board, and feel the lake beneath you.
✨Flow (45 min) – Move through a gentle sequence that builds balance and confidence, with options to dial challenge up or down.
✨Float & reset (10 min) – Settle into guided breathwork, meditation, and the soothing hum of nature, and possibly other soothing sounds, as you drift under open sky.
No paddleboard or yoga experience needed—just curiosity, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to get a little wobbly. Boards are included.
Bring: swimwear or quick-dry clothes, water, bug spray, and an open mind.
Leave with: calm, clarity, and a fresh shot of confidence.
