Paddle on Lake of the Isles

Saturday morning we will trade screen time for lake time—gliding across the water, soaking up the sun, and reconnecting with nature and each other.

Join us as we launch our kayaks and paddle boards to explore one of the Twin Cities’ most enjoyable lakes for a low-key group paddle – followed by snacks, conversation, and whatever post-paddle vibes the day brings.

Whether you’re brand new to kayaking or a seasoned water wanderer, you’re welcome here.

Sarah Lammi is a skilled paddler and has been leading paddle groups for several years!🏄🏼🏃‍♂️ Angie Groettum is a lover of all outdoor activities and has been a longtime leader of running tours in Minneapolis. They have come together to create outdoor fun and wellness events to bring people together in community.

🌞 What to Expect:

• A relaxed, 90 minutes group paddle

• Bring your own kayak or paddle board or rent one

• Expect wildlife sightings, deep breaths, and easygoing conversation

• Optional hangout after—snacks, sunshine, maybe even a lakeside nap
