One of the most powerful human needs is the one for connection.Within these types of environments, water + humans, people can perceive themselves as more connected with their surrounds, therefore bettering the connection with themselves.
Realizing the importance of connection can help us to co-create the life we want or the environment we desire by being open to the life we already have and the opportunities to create community where ever we are.
Join Theresa Falvey-Hunt and others who have a love for padding (kayaking/paddle boarding) and a desire for connection with other humans.
And bonus benefit: water itself is so very healing for the soul.

We will go up stream first, to take the current to cruise on back to where we dropped in:)
Please bring your own kayak or paddle board and anything else that you need for a safe trip for yourself.
*I have an extra kayak if someone would like to claim it.
We will keep this casual.
If you desire to talk with others you can, if you want to find some quiet by yourself that's ok too,you can do that too.
