Join Stand and Paddle and Karrie from Move Fitness & Yoga for a SUP Yoga class on the May River! Poses on the board include those sitting, reclined, and standing as you challenge your balance in a whole new way! Class launches from Bluffton Oyster Factory park and includes a leisurely paddle out, class on the water, and a return paddle back to the dock. Please wear comfortable clothes, sunscreen, and bug spray. Bring a towel and water bottle, we suggest leaving the towel in the car for after class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
$49/ person includes the cost of all rental equipment and paddle lesson. No paddling experience necessary!

Space will be limited to 9 participants and pre-registration is required.
*A minimum of 3 participants are required for each class. If we do not make the minimum number you will be contacted for either rescheduling or a refund.
Please note these classes are weather dependent, and we do our best to stay on top of the forecast but pop-up storms do occur. In case of a cancellation due to weather, you will have the option of a reschedule date or full refund.
