The Paddle and Pause sessions are adult only kayak and paddleboard sessions, for those wanting to take a “Pause” from their day and do something for themselves.These sessions are open to people of any ability, whether you are a complete novice wanting to try something new, or a regular paddler wanting to meet like-minded people or just get out for a few laps around the reservoir, then these sessions are just for you.
We will have staff on hand to either just give you the basics and get you out on the water or give you a little more tuition its entirely up to you.
Looking after your health and wellbeing is now becoming the focus of many of our lives and getting out on the water in our beautiful surroundings is the perfect tonic.
