About Pacific Station
Pacific Station is an 11-unit affordable housing development that provides safe and stable homes for larger families. With a mix of 3- and 4-bedroom units, this development addresses a critical need for housing that accommodates larger households. Additionally, ADA-accessible units are available for families requiring specialized accommodations for individuals with physical disabilities.
This project was made possible through a collaborative partnership between Marion County Health and Human Services, PacificSource, Rich Duncan Construction, and Catholic Community Services Foundation.
Erin Fair Taylor, Vice President of Medicaid Programs for PacificSource, added, "When people have a safe place to call home, they can focus on their health and well-being. That's why we are pleased to partner with Catholic Community Services to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing at Pacific Station for our neighbors in Salem. At PacificSource, we understand that investing in projects like this helps create a future where healthcare and housing work hand-in-hand to support stronger, healthier communities."
