About this Event

An accessible fusion yoga and spirit restoring practice—via mat or chair—designed to shift energy and cultivate presence via Kundalini & Qi Gong, Mantra & Meditation, Reiki & Breathwork, Sound & Plant-Spirit Healing—rooted in lunar rhythms and the wheel of the year. Each class ends with a mini sound bath.

This is a community offering from the Pacific Spirits chapter of CUUPS (Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans). CUUPS supports all who seek balance and healing in their lives through exploring the teachings and traditions of ancient and alternative spiritual philosophies.

The Pacific Unitarian Universalist sanctuary is a beautiful location, with expansive views, and plenty of free parking.

Note - yoga mats are limited - so bring one if you have one. We have plenty of chairs, but no other props so bring a blanket or blocks if you would like.
